  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

8.2Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Digital products or gift cards (if applicable).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
